1. Eligibility for Returns

Because we sell both perishable and non-perishable grocery items, our return policy varies depending on the product type.

a. Perishable Items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, meats, baked goods, frozen foods)

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items.
  • However, if an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You may be eligible for a refund or store credit after we review your claim and evidence (e.g., clear photos).

b. Non-Perishable Items (e.g., canned goods, packaged snacks, dry foods, household items)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Include the following details in your message to help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the affected product(s) and packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item (if available)
  • A store credit for the value of the item

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
